Repaired my lock so I didn't have to go to Bunnings and pay $230 for a new one. Took him 20+ minutes to repair the complex one I had. Total charge including parts? $31!!!!

Fast, efficient and friendly service. The office rang to advise me of a possible earlier time than previously arranged. Overall, a good experience for a non urgent dead lock repair.

unable to open the back garden door i asked the help of action lock services. they are very prompt and really came rapidly and fixed my problem. they completely changed the lock and its now very easy to use.

I had the handle on my front security door replaced. The lady on the phone was polite and we were able to organise a timeframe of 1 hour for the workman to arrive. They called me when he was close by and the work was completed in good time. I feel I probably paid at the higher end of the price bracket for a simple handle installation, however it was worth it for the service I received.
