Active Body is a very professional set-up. They listen to the customer and have excellent advice. It was interesting to hear about all the sporting teams they work with, especially rugby and netball. They have helped my whole family and even my 13 year old son was impressed. The staff are very friendly. Great location and parking was right outside. They also do an email newsletter with lots of stories to read and advice.
