Requested a quote form [redacted name], once I received I requested a change, making it a bigger job. After many unanswered calls I was able to speak to [redacted name]. He stated that he did not want to do our work as I had wanted to change the quote.
He complained about having ordered the timber. I advised if there was a restocking charge that I would be happy to pay it.
[redacted name] informed me that "I do not have to argue with you why I do not have to do your work, I just can not do it."
I have previously used Active fencing on two occasions and found them superb. "Jason", young Kiwi man was an excellent fencer.
I will now use another fencer - poor way to end a 10 year relationship.

I concur with this statement, same thing happened to me, even had the timber delivered to our house but ended up pulling out and said he just didnt want to do the job any more
