Ada Falcon

Ada Falcon assisted my husband throughout his entire permanent residency process which took many months but got there in the end. There was a lot of stress involved with this process and she consulted with us long distance (she is in Melbourne; we are in Bundaberg QLD). She explained everything in very black and white terms and did not sugar coat things, which we appreciated. She told us how difficult our case was in no uncertain terms. We (myself, my husband, my father and Ada) worked as a team, taking on a Schedule 3 and we won the case! Now my husband has his Permanent residency, we can plan for the future and I am now studying to become a migration agent.

Been for a consulting meeting with her regarding my parents visit. Service was ok, but she seemed in a hurry to get rid of me, and understandably as there were other people waiting to be seen. Unfortunately the advice that I get didn't help much, but didn't had other options either.
