the two gentlemen who responded immediately to my urgent email overnight were polite and very experienced and knowledgeable about my hot water system and quickly fixed the faulty parts, taking extra time to explain how things worked, showed me what to check, how to maintain it and what indicators there were to show if there is a problem.
