Chose to use this shuttle service as was a local company. Arrived at the airport and no driver was there to meet us. After 40 minutes contacted the company to ask where the driver was and was told that the driver was at the airport. The driver arrived 30 minutes later. On going to the car (we booked for four people) it was obvious that our luggage would not fit. Another driver offered to drop off our additional luggage later that evening. Contacted the company to suggest that in future they could contact passengers to inform them if they are late and also suggested to ask passengers how much luggage would be accompanying them (we only had 4). No reply from the company. Absolutely awful customer service and would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Basic manners cost nothing and an apology would have gone a long way. Very unreliable. Would not expect over an hour wait for a private transfer.
