I would not recommend this business. The lady was rude, spoke to me like she was in a high school yard argument and her responses to me were impulsively rude in 10 message intervals which made no sense. She told me she would take other bookings for my wedding day and wouldn’t be attending. The stress this woman caused me just weeks before my wedding was unnecessary. There is a way to speak to your clients but as she so kindly pointed out to me ‘your not my client anymore’ implying she can speak to me how she likes which is absolutely NOT the case. I would hate for another stressed out bride to have to deal with such poor business management and co-operation. She Thankfully she had already subbed in Emily to help her and I was able to message and confirm with Emily (who was very apologetic and sympathetic regarding the situation) after amber had blocked my messages. If you have the option I would go straight to Emily as she has her own business and bypass Adelaide mobile hair & makeup all together.
