I contact the company at the beginning of the month when the termite inspection is due, to organise a time and date for the inspection (there is restricted access to my property) . They have been punctual every time, except if there has been a problem with a previous job that day, in which case they have notified me of any delay.

Trap inspection has been done professionally, so I am quite satisfied with their service.

Brian and his son are brilliant - very thorough, neat and efficient in their service. They didn't rush me and spent an hour going through their service obligation free before I committed. They are one of the few if only independent pest control services in SA with the head, Brian having over 30 years experience in the industry. Keep your money in SA and support Brian for fantastic service. Flick apparently is European owned and I think Murray's is American (or another internationally owned company). Brian is based in SA and all money stays in SA. I had other companies quote me and offer services that I didn't need (and that were actually counterproductive ! ) to the baiting system that I opted for. (The other company offered to spray and bait... Brian explained to me that spraying is a waste of money when baits are used , and actually counterproductive as with baiting the termites return the chemical to the nest). Spraying is also not ideal in case bits are missed or there is soil movement etc that opens up cracks in the soil. See Brian you will be very happy you did.
