The salon is never overbooked so appointments don't take any longer than necessary, and your requirements are computer catalogued, so there's no confusion or hassles, they know immediately what you want and the price doesn't vary. All the staff are really friendly and great at cutting & colouring hair. The salon is always tidy and the basins have comfy massage chairs to relax in while your being rinsed off.
