John Skinner and his sons undertook a huge amount of work for us. A concrete slab, coated with pebblecrete formed the roof of a double garage. The previous owners had trees growing on it and the roots caused leaks into the garage. All the pebblecrete had to be removed and thin cracks in the concrete had to be located and sealed from above and below. The company manufactures its own products for sealing. In addition, the lengthy join between this main slab and another slab was also leaking. The company was able to seal this leak by placing a rubber hose that would allow for expansion and contraction of the joint. All their work was professional, with quotes being supplied at all stages. We found John Skinner and his sons to be very friendly and reliable. The work was extensive and costly, but it had to be done.
