Janeen came into my working and personal life (thankfully) early in 2005 when I was searching for an MYOB trainer. She very capably taught me the MYOB Accounting System to assist setting up our school's accounts and payroll. I had used MYOB prior to 2005 for a period of three months back in 1996 and of course had forgotten most of it by 2005 with lack of use.

I must admit that Janeen is a very patient and capable MYOB user and trainer and she would train me on a fortnightly basis in the beginning and my training has now progressed to three years later with only a couple of hours every quarter for producing my BAS figures for the Taxation Department. Not only have I learnt the MYOB package but also so much basic accounting skills and practices from her and I look forward to each visit with the thought of increasing my accounting knowledge further.

Our school has been successful in attaining several government grants from the Block Grant Authority under the Commonwealth Government ($57,000 / $655,000 / and two for $75,000 each) and Janeen has progressed me to a confidence level of managing these grants myself and having them audited by a professional and qualified Auditor. Janeen has provided MYOB assistance in relation to setting up and processing the school's payroll (16 employees), monthly IAS, quarterly BAS and annual Audits to say the least.

I am very happy to know Janeen not only as a MYOB consultant but more importantly as a friend.

I have been with Adminicle Business Services for over Jan 2007 (7 Years) I have always found them to be extremely professional and responsible.

I found their rates to be more than competitive. For the level of service I get I would say that it is a bargain.

I have also found them very receptive to all my needs. I have a very high end Tax Accountant that they work in conjunction with very well.

They handle all my corporate bookkeeping needs for my Steel Fixing Reinforcement.

Their reporting and followup is exceptional to the point that they are chasing me down when I am not as quick as I should be with getting them answers to questions they need on my behalf.

I would highly recommend them for all your bookkeeping needs.

Before I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Adminicle, keeping books for my company had always been somewhat problematic. They are so clear now that I have a sound grasp of 'the financials'; data is readily entered, and clear information obtained easily. Best of all, the books take far less time to maintain than before.

As a small business owner, it's important to me to have the books straight, for the 'the taxman' as well as myself. I'd often been frustrated by the time demands, my lack of skill and the poor results I'd got from using other bookkeepers, yet as a consultant in a demanding field, my time can be much better occupied on consulting.

My previous experiences in outsourcing bookkeeping ranged from "not bad" to just plain dreadful. Too many bookkeepers mistake a bit of skill with a software package or the ability to reconcile a bank account with actually understanding what's involved in business financials and proper keeping of books. Fortunately for me, that's all now a thing of the past.

Janeen Cameron has been a real find: highly professional, delightful to work with, ready, willing and able to remove any problems or difficult areas, and an excellent teacher. Her approach is client-centered, highly practical and she never stops looking for ways to improve. These are all attributes that I value highly, but they are hard to find.

Janeen first worked with me to understand the nature of my business, and then restructured the company accounts and associated tasks with my input. They are now easy for me to understand and work with, and aligned with the accountant's. Accounts Receivable and Payable are no problem. Payroll is a snip. Even completing the BAS is no longer a dreaded task and takes only a fraction of the time it used to.

She has devised ways to simplify formerly cumbersome tasks, and coached me in more effective ways to use the accounting package and handle some formerly tricky tasks effectively. Which all means that I can avoid spending a lot of time on it, and get the information I need quickly.

My accountant is delighted and highly complimentary about the state of the company accounts: they are now so well structured and maintained that end of year returns are simplified, which reduces their time and also cost.

I am more than happy to recommend Adminicle's services unreservedly. Would that all bookkeeping firms were even half as good.
