If anyone is still monitoring this site. I have just discovered that the pool sand filter that Admiral installed has cracked. It is still under warranty, but I guess there is no use trying to track him down as he appears to have left the country. If anyone has an update I would love to know if anyone ahs managed to sue him?

Avoid this guy like the plague, court case pending. If you have had bad dealings please follow through, this guy needs to be made to pay back all the customers he has ripped off. Maybe get Today Tonight involved. We see so many dodgy jobs done by this guy, which we then have to fix. The latest being charged a customer for a new item, which was 6 years old, come on people be a bit aware this guy is such a rip off, tell all your friends with pools/spas he is a shonk

Update from the Admiral - Ive heard from a reliable source that this guy - Richard (Dick H) has returned to the US leaving a trail on unhappy customers in his wake. May I suggest to people they use a supplier from a website like this or a recommendation from a friend.

Now there is a court case pending, goes ahead with extra expensive work that doesnt need to be done to 'correct' problems and rips off the customer with no warranty work or fall back doesnt answer calls and refuses to return to the property. Bad news big time, this guy needs to be de-registered.

Not only does he steal from his supplier, he does the most bodgiest jobs and over charges for them to boot. There have been 'road rage' incidents and 'avo's' not the type of person you want to be invited into your property. Steer clear - you have been warned.
