The worst experience I've ever had with any business in my professional career! After months of incompetence and miscommunication between her and her team, Anita gave us terrible advice that ultimately left us believing we were unable to purchase our first home and feeling frustrated and disappointed.

A quick call to a new broker and we were on our way to pre-approval. Two weeks later we had our first home. Clearly these guys don't know what they're doing and blame their faults on their clients. Told us in July they'd put us on the wait list for the First Home Owners Deposit Scheme. Found out later that they didn't do that until September.

Truly traumatic. I would strongly urge first home owners to find ANY other broker!
