We can not thank the team at advantage enough. Recently we sold our second property that we bought through the block purchase strategy. We also utilized their vendors advocacy service on both occasions and could not have achieved such great results without them.
Above all that the service we recieved and relationships we have formed has been an absolte pleasure and we look forward to working together on many more projects to come

I was a good tenant with this company, always paid rent on time and kept the place in excellent condition. I dealt with 6 Property Managers during my 12 month tenancy, 6! Huge turnover which says alot about Management. These Property Managers will take you for a ride at the end of your tenancy to get all they can out of you, intimidating you, misleading the truth and withholding information! Stear clear and do not bother renting through them! Bad customer service, bad ethics!

Advantage co-ordinated a group block purchase, and there were a number of incorrect assertions made during the process that ended up costing me money. The purchase did go through on time, although I would not use the conveyancer they recommended/required again after he went on holiday for three weeks during settlement without setting an out of office email or responding to phone calls.

From there, Advantage took over as Owner's Corporation Manager and co-ordinated works for the block. The service has been abysmal - emails not responded too, inferior works not rectified, claims that work has been done that has not been done, refusal to provide invoices or summary of payments made, etc, etc. Responses are antagonistic and legally incorrect - "the inferior product was selected by you (incorrect), so the warranty does not apply" (illegal). Advantage does not seem to recognise that the owners of the block are their customers, who are paying for a service we are most definitely not receiving.

Advantage Property have been my “real estate saviour”! My old property management company were not collecting rent and put tenants in there without proper reference checks. Advantage Property took swift action and not only spent time recovering all the back rent I was owed, but in the 9 years I have been a client, I have never lost a day's rent – this is why I am still a client today! Having moved interstate from Melbourne, it was important to find a property manager who i could trust to look after my rental property in St. Kilda. Frank Valentic, Michelle Valentic, Brant Williams and the whole team at Advantage Property Consulting proved themselves to be reliable and proactive with my property. They helped me find the right long-term tenants, help me with market rental return advice and strategy, give me multiple estimates for tradies to do repairs, and were able to gain my trust and run my property on my behalf. Quickly i was able let go and only hear from them when the rent was banked, results of a property inspection came through on CD and what my end of year statement was for tax purposes. I would whole-heartedly recommend Advantage Property to other property investors.
