Scott responded promptly and came to our home to look in to several persistent boot up problems we'd had with our computer. We had had two other places look at it and they had not been able to help. Scott took the computer away and had it back the following day (no long wait). This very pleasant mannered man had managed to isolate the problem and had repaired it. Our computer is now behaving perfectly (no more constant frustration) and we are more than satisfied with both his work and the cost.

We had a virus on our computer which required everything to be wiped. They came to the house and the service call was only $33.00. They installed all our programs, reinstated Windows and tested the system. They were great.
