Extremely bad customer service. I booked in to have a replacement garage door opener installed, an appointment was made for later in the week. Waited 2 hours past appointment time on the day of install and called the company. Low and behold they had lost my booking and I was not even on the job list for the day. I was flexible and was willing to wait for another time slot during the day but they would not even consider it saying they had other jobs. I explained that they had already stuffed me around wasting most of the morning. The only solution they could come up with is to book me in the following week. I explained it was their error and I could not wait another week to have the garage operational. They would not help me.

Do yourself a favour and call [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] Gold Coast. I explained my experience with Affordable garage doors and that we needed an opener installed ASAP. Their job list was full but they created an extra job for the afternoon and came out late that day and installed a door opener for me. Their customer service was excellent Obviously they value their customers and the word of mouth business descent customer service brings where Affordable garage doors do not.

The guys that came out to repair our gate were on time, very professional and helpful. They did not overcharge and did the job very quickly and charged the minimum fee.
