It took 5 days for this business to answer my initial voicemail enquiry. I should have taken this as a sign of their level of professionalism, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The gentleman organised a date and time to meet me at the house
to provide a quote. I arrived home early and waited for over an hour. No-one turned up. The only contact number kept going to voicemail. No-one ever called me back to explain or offer an apology. This company are complete time-wasters - very unprofessional.
