Also had vouchers with company which went broke. Had a call from them last week and because they are now the Yonda Holiday Group, we were railroaded into upgrading them. What a waste of money. Tried to cancel vouchers;however, we could not even though we had genuine reasons to do so. My advice is don't trust or touch this group with a forty foot pole!
we bought vouchers years ago - they went broke - threw our vouchers away - someone else bought the firm - now ringing us to buy more vouchers ?????
Hi Rebeccam231, Please be aware that although Affordable Holidays Vacation Club is under new ownership, you previous vouchers (if still valid) are available for redemption with participating properties. Upgrading to the new program is optional. If you would like one of our team to explain the benefits of upgrading, please contact us directly. I was conned into repurchasing vouchers only a month ago and they told me I would never have to pay for any more yearly fees or upgrades.Well today they rang and told me I had won Member of the Month and you guessed it for just another couple of hundred dollars I could upgrade. Nothing but lies from this Company
I got a call today. Asking for $4999 then changed it to $1999. I said I have to talk to my husband they will give me until Monday. How much did they charge you. Im not going to do it but just interested in how much they are charging people.
Hi @karen740, all of the above is correct. You are not required to pay any annual fees. Should you wish to upgrade your membership level/status this would require an additional payment (which is entirely optional). Your vouchers are still valid and available for you to redeem. Don't not touch this group. They are pushy and rude. I purchased the holiday dream years ago. They went into liquidation I lost my money. Now someone has revived the company and call centre women is pushing new memberships at reduced prices. They don't understand the word NO. Push push, when they don't get what they want they hang up. Rude Rude. Don't waste your money people.

We spent a weekend away on the coast for our Anniversary, the apartment was lovely, clean and fully self contained with everything you could possibly need, we had a room that faced the ocean so from our balcony we could watch the waves hitting the shore, the service was excellent, the gentleman who attended us showed us all around gave us a detailed but easy to follow explanation on the policies, keys entertainment venues that were available and most impressive he took our bags, I would highly recommend them to anyone and all of this for an excellent price. Thank you so much for the lovely weekend
What a fantastic way to help people have a break and really nice holidays. Only ever had one bad holiday place recommended by this company but all the others have been great.
This is a great way to look for holidays at great prices. You simply pay a certain amount for a number of vouchers. These vouchers can be used towards a selection of accommodation at reduced prices. My family has gone on holidays through this system for years and we have always enjoyed our deals with this company and the places we have stayed.
