The range of rugs and the choice was fantastic and the service i found to be very friendly and helpful. I know where i will be going when i need to purchase another rug. Thank you for all your help.

I was very disappointed with their customer service. I bought and paid for a carpet offcut that needed hemming. I required it straight away as I had a flooring problem destroying the polish on my wooden floors and was willing to wait the couple of days. It was delayed twice, for over 2 weeks. Although I was phoned twice I was not offered a rug to borrow to solve my problem. I thought this poor service when I had paid a significant amount upfront.
