I was introduced to his product accidently without knowing anything about it. Christ spent 30-45 minutes on the phone and on the internet to try to explain clearly to me for the solid tunnel skylight. What does this show? It shows his excellent customer service which is unbelievable to me. Not only he knows his product (SolarBright) very well but also he knows competitor product in every aspect. Every question which I asked in term of comparisons, he could answer straight away. At the end he did not push me to buy his product at all. He asked me to go to the competitor company to have a look and compare to his product. It made me really impressed how he respects the customer.
To be concluded, he is a true guru in the skylight. He has his valuable knowledge, experience and excellent customer service mind and manner. If you ask me to be one of his customers, I would recommend “JUST DO IT”. Honestly, I really do hope to see him in the skylight industry for a long journey.
