This resort comprises of budget motel rooms and caravan sites. The sites are ensuite and really need a good update. They were clean and everything worked but were very used. New floors and new paint and tidying up the grounds would make a huge difference. Also separate the tourist and the long term stayers. It is in a delightful location and really needs TLC

The African Reef is an old caravan park with new owners that are slowly doing it up. So far they have done a good job and the price of $40 per night with and ensuite site I thought was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and also help full. There is still a fair bit of renovations that need doing but I would still recommend staying at this park.
