I'm so dissapointed in the service provided by this salon... I requested a Opulence Skin Brightening Facial advertised for 60 minutes which was booked at 3:30. I came in on time and had to wait for a further 15 minutes, as they had another customer doubled booked. They spent a further 10 minutes talking until the treatment started... When they told me it was completed it was 4:30 and I realised this was only 30 minutes, instead of the advertised 60 minutes. When I questioned them, they stated the treatment was always for 30 mins as they allowed the remainder of time to discuss the consultation. I replied with "If this time we had a consult, surely next time I will get the full required timeframe?", they stated that the treatment was always 30-40 minutes max and charge me the full price... Not happy and won't be coming back...

The Duty Of Care pre-treatment consultation involves discussing the treatment to be provided and any underlying concerns. We also discussed your recent facial treatments problems you were facing. Update consultations are also mandatory before ongoing treatments during a course. Intraceuticals, the provider of the O2 Infusion Serum products advises typically 30 minutes' serum infusion duration, which varies between Clients. With well-hydrated skin it may take longer to be absorbed. In your case, the infusion was very rapid, with a pleasing successful result.
Hopefully the following helps to clarify the points raised in your feedback. You have raised several important issues, all of which appear to be about timing. Appointment bookings are scheduled with a reasonable buffer to avoid overlap. Double bookings cannot be scheduled. I have reviewed Saturday's appointment schedule, the Reception Desk Video Log and my Treatments Log to accurately confirm timing. Your 3:40 appointment commenced at 3:41 and finished at 4:31, departing the Clinic promptly at 4:33. I had allowed up to 60 minutes as per my usual practice for the Intraceuticals facial treatment you requested. The POS report agrees with this timing. In view of your concerns, I intend to improve my price-list menu, which indicates allowed timings including consultations, to avoid further disappointments. However, I will continue to allow up to 60 minutes for all Clients receiving this treatment.
As I have failed to meet or exceed your expectations, albeit due to a misunderstanding, I will honour my assurance obligation, unless you are satisfied with having received world's best practice in terms of quality, timeliness and value, with fairness and good faith. Just wanted to recommend Ageless Beauty again since having Acoustic Wave Therapy and being very happy with the lasting results. After a course of 10 AWT treatments over 5 weeks in January, I can see and feel the results of tightened skin and improved condition. I had loose skin and stubborn pockets of fat around my middle after losing 36kg during the previous year. Also lumpy cellulite on thighs and buns which needed urgent attention for the same reason. The improvements are lasting after the course of treatments has finished and I plan to wear shorts and bathers in Bali - first time in years. Well worth the cost. Every time I have gone I have had an enjoyable experience and have been very pleased with the outcome from waxing, spray tans (are great!), massages to detox box etc. The hairs of my eyebrows grow crooked and I couldn't seem to find anyone to make them look straight & even. First visit here and they were perfect! I have at least 5 salons within 5 minutes from home but I choose to make the 25 minute trip. You actually feel cared about unlike other salons which can be like "wam bam thank you mam". I definitely recommend Ageless Beauty to all.
