Very helpful staff on the phone when I rang about my disengaged garage door. He attempted to enable me to fix the problem myself, but handyman stuff is one of my better skills so I needed to have a technician visit. Problem fixed in no time and I received a lesson as to how to address the issue should it arise again.

Very pleased with the technician's servicing of problem with the door opener, very obliging. Opener unit old so hopefully will now keep working for a bit longer before new opener required.

Called to have the motor on my gate replaced. they were great. product and service was excellent. and my new gate is dead silent now.. I was so happy, i called them back to fix my garage door squeaking, they knew exactly what the problem was, replaced the bits needed, now its like new... i wish i called these guys years ago!!!

The cable had snapped on our single panel tilt door. I rang another company who made me wait 5 days before coming out and when they did, they didn't have parts so put it off until a further 6 days; I sacked that company. I found AGG and got same day service for less cost. Fantastic service, price, ease of booking and friendly staff. Thankyou so much AGG; I can close my garage door now. :) Very happy
