I purchased a MTM 200L / 7 Cft Portable trade Cement Mixer from AGR Machinery and I can't believe how poor the quality of the product is and how shocking their service is.

The mixer came with incorrect manual. Most of the metal in it is soft. The bolts shear off when you tighten them, the frame tube crushes under light tightening. The drum rotates the wrong way. The titling arm is dangerous design causing extreme pain in my elbows. The motors plastic fan melted and fell off causing the motor to overheat. The drum axel has bent so now the drum rotates in an elipse causing the driver gear to skip on the drum gear. All the frame connections are coming loose. Its supposed to be able to make 200ltr loads, I've never made one bigger than 95 ltr and its falling apart.

I contacted AGR Machinery about it but they will only want to fix it and they want me to pay $70 to send it back. They refuse to offer a refund. The MTM 200L / 7 Cft Portable trade Cement Mixer is so bad I don't want it at all.

As a quick and undeniable example of how BAD the quality of this thing is compare the weight of the unit to another mixer that can only mix half the size the MTM says it can make. A basic Westmix 3.5 cu ft mixer weights 100kg, the MTM 200L / 7 Cft Portable trade Cement Mixer weights just 73Kg inc the packaging.

Do yourself a favour, don't buy it and don't buy from AGR Machinery.
