Unhappy customer... I purchased a voucher for keratin treatment plus cut and wash from Groupon for $89. I did read the fine print, which says an extra $20 surcharge for hair length which exceeds past shoulder. My hair was halfway down my back. Yet nowhere did I read $80 charge for hair length. I was actually charged an extra $80 by the staff. Cash. No customer service whatsoever; as soon as I walked in the first question I was asked after surrendering the voucher was had I read the fine print? What a joke. This is not reasonable and was not justified on the day. How can they charge me an extra $80 for my hair length when only $20 was displayed. Also, fine hair does not mean I should hear my hair breaking consistently. It doesn't excuse for my hair breaking and the straightening resulting in split ends even after I got a "style cut". In any case I will not be returning. This is not how to keep a customer. It was my first and last time here. I do not regret paying them the $80 however they have definitely not impressed me with their service or rather lack of. Thanks but in the future I'll take my business elsewhere. Coupon or not.

I also had a voucher for a Keratin treatment purchased from Groupon. I was very pleased with the service and the actual keratin treatment turned out very nicely! I found the staff very friendly and easy to talk to whilst they they were working on my hair. Thanks guys!!

Not a nice experience. I used a voucher, and being new to Sydney thought I would find a good hairdresser. I won't be going back. I felt very unwanted the whole time and the staff doing my hair was being abrupt and inpatient when I was asking questions about foils,etc. The staff talked amongst themselves. No smiles amongst the staff. I don't recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy yourself.

Had a coupon to do full keratin treatment. The first girl was very nice but after that the service went downhill. the staff talked amongst themselves and I was there for an hour and not really acknowledged. felt like i was a barbie being handled the way my hair was pulled so harshly and when my hair was being straightened, one of the girls kept burning my scalp, which I pointed out. she just laughed it off and then carried on. apparently it doesnt include a full treatment, which they fail to mention in the coupon. the guy also asked me if i put product in my hair, which i dont and made a sign that he didnt believe me. it was even further ridiculous as one of the other girls had just washed my hair. the keratin treatment was okay but I won't be going back.

I too had the coupon for Keratin. The best keratin treatment I have ever had. They are really fast and usually out just over an hour. They don't leave you sitting there while they work on other clients. Highly recommend this salon for keratin treatment at very reasonable price
