Indulgent hair treatment??? Hair is now frizzy dry and feels like plastic. My first and last time here. Girl didn't introduce herself. Wasnt offered even a glass of water on a 39 degree day. Wash basin so uncomfortable I need a physio appt as my neck is injured. 45 mins of hell

I do not like to complain ever but I went to Ahead of Time for a haircut and to get my sons hair cut for the first time. I did not enjoy this experience at all (and not because I son got upset). I explained I would like my hair cut shorter and easy to do, (i am a mother after all) I had this for my last hair cut but the hairdresser suggested I keep my hair longer so I can pull it back into the unstylish ponytail I had when I walked in, staff was more interested in the products they use in the salon than what i had to say. So staff washed and then trimmed a small amount off the ends of my hair. I was a little upset staff had not listened to me but I am not one to argue so when my son started crying I said not to worry about thinning it out, I was still charged $60. My first not happy. And The first hair cut experience included a hair cut and a laminated certificate. I have had to trim my sons hair since his "first hair cut", his hair did not look like it had been cut at all. I understand it is difficult to cut a babies hair but to be charged full price to receive a certificate in the mail with the tiniest piece of hair in a zip lock money bag, I believe there should have been a photo and it should have been laminated with his hair. Very sad for his first haircut :( I will not be returning to this hairdresser nor recommending to anyone
