Attended Aider approx 6 mths last year, 2022 for implants. Always very professional and considerate. Well priced compared to local dentists. They come highly recommended.

I conducted comprehensive research on dental implants both in Australia and overseas, part of that research covered travel, accomodation and cost of all on four for my top teeth only, this research was to compare the pros and cons of undertaking the procedure either overseas of within Australia.
I had almost made up my mind to go to a Dubai for the procedure but prior to committing I saw an advertisement for All On Four at Aider and made inquiries into there process and costs, I then compared Aider costs with overseas competitors and found I was no better off financially but should I have an issue I was in a better position to get help locally than have to travel overseas for treatment without any guarantees. I made contact and was given options on how best to meet what I was hoping to achieve, all I can say out the support and professional staff is “Outstanding” the first part of the treatment was the most difficult as the removal of teeth, and the fitting of the implant all in one sitting tested my ability to maintain my composure but again, the professional staff made sure I was able to work through the procedure and maintained checks on my ability to deal with pain management. Once this first stage was completed all additional work and visits was a breeze and completed my treatment late October 2022, it took about six months from start to finish, one thing is, you need to follow the advise of the staff no matter what role they play and don’t be afraid to speak up if you feel there is a need, yes sometimes things were difficult with the treatment but again the staff worked the problem and came up with a solution that met all obligation from both parties. I would highly recommend Aider if you are intending to commence the process, overall cost was competitive with overseas companies but the moats important thing to take away is you have support locally with easy access and support. Finally , a real situation that went bad, my brother who lives in the USA commenced treatment at a local dentist had the etch removed implants fitted and not long after the removal a all on four was fitted, speaking to him recently he was at the false teeth stage, I was surprised as he commenced his program six months before me and I would have thought he had completed his treatment but, the implants failed and he had to redo the process, his treatment will now take over a year all up, the message there is follow the treatment plan regardless of what external pressures you make encounter, it’s about you not friends, families or hangers on, the wait is well worth it and the final result is an outstanding smile giving you a boost in confidence to your self esteem. Regarding cost l, long term you will save money providing you follow advice post procedure. Happy smiling.

My dentist recommended Aider as I needed 2 implants, I found all the staff very professional. Throughout my treatment I saw a few different dentist, the first one ( Kevin I think) was so lovely and explained everything so well, also Dr Leung was very gentle with a caring attitude and Dr Zhang was very thorough in making sure my new implants fitted perfectly. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I found AIDER online went in for a free consultation with “Dimo” ( I believe the owner) for the upper all on 4 implants and the lower all on 4 implants. I found him to be very knowledgeable and compassionate about my situation. He offered me a capped price for both at $33000. Being a lot of money I booked other consultations around brisbane and had AIDER recommended as “the cheapest with quality work”. I am only in the first phase having just had my 16 remaining teeth removed the last two days!! Barely any swelling and the pain isn’t too bad. Feeling very happy with Dr Martin Leung, I was impressed with how gently he was able to remove my teeth. Feeling pretty good about this so far…

I would not recommend this clinic. Cheap and nasty sums it up very well I think. Staff tend to ignore your wishes and are not very accomodating. I got a quote for my teeth and the treatment plan included unnecessary dental work. They will ransack your superannuation savings if they feel you cannot afford the dental treatment.Reception staff are rude and insulting. Will not use them again.

I would not recommend after paying $27,000 for 4 on four I hate my teeth. They look like dead a4 paper white, no translucence of natural teeth. They offered no professional advice on colour etc and they are huge like horse teeth.... went back to express concern and they offered me a couple of young people who's jobs were on the line for me to dispute with, very sad....

I am keeping my review very simple.
Aider's appearance is pleasant and professional but my experience was far from pleasant and professional.
