I used a Scoopon voucher for a microdermabrasion, facial, mini manicure and pedicure a few days ago. The therapist was friendly and attentive, the treatments were excellent and I came away feeling totally relaxed and pampered after a lovely shoulder massage and great facial treatments. I thought I got good value for money and I will definitely go back again. I wasn't pushed to buy product, my nail polish still looks like it did the day it was applied, my skin looks good. I had a great experience.

So, i treat myself to a set of 3 facials for my birthday. Not having had any beauty treatments before i was looking forward to the experiance. Very disapointed. Im pretty sure that any salon that uses blue chucks cleaning cloths to cleanse your face will leave a lot to be desired. I also agree with the review that says they are more interested in upselling other services than the treatment they are providing at the time.... and yes the place is a bit dusty, and the floor isnt the cleanest. They pushed my belongings along the floor with their foot when they were in their way rather than picking them up, and felt the need to criticise my own choice of beauty products throughout my session - which btw was meant to last for 45 mins and i got 10 mins actual treatment at the very most. If i hadnt already paid for the treatment, nothing in the world could make me go back.

I have never had a bad experience here before. The staff have always been really friendly and professional and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. The facial made my skin glowing and refreshed and the massage was extremely good. I am now a regular and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I think that your review is totally misleading. The staff were really polite and friendly. They use Dr Murad products which are amazing and who is a well known scientific dermatologist. They use OPI nail polish which was applied perfectly and looked great for at least 2 weeks. The OPI brand is rated very highly by the beauty industry. The massage was heavenly - it was relaxing, soothing and just what I needed. In my opinion the review is exaggerated, untrue and really unfair to wonderful salon and I would go back again and again.

The worst beauty therapist I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for it. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told to sit down in this very unstable chair only to look to my left to see a topless larger looking lady lying down having a "relaxing massage". There was a partitioning up but with people walking through every 2 minutes someone managed to leave it open, exposing this poor lady for the whole world to see! After about 15 mins i was rudely ushered through to the dodgiest room ever, lied down, and without a word spoken the lady slapped a tiny bit of wax on and ripped it off again. She touched them up slightly with tweezers but that was it. Her phone then rang and she answered it, handing me a mirror as she was talking on the phone to her friend. The only words she spoke to me was $15 please! Absolutely shocking! I wouldn't go anywhere near the place!!

Really really bad beauty shop- so disappointing! I was sure that being in great location and having a professional looking web page, I was in for a treat after I booked here for "2 hrs" pampering experience (through scoopon- I hr full body massage, 30 mins facial, 30 mins mani and 30mins pedi). The shop was dirty and dingy, my massage staff was nice enough but oil she used was out of a kids pop top bottle and she later patted the oil off with thick paper towels. The facial was very average and the product used was unknown (smelt like cheap toilet soap). The worst was the mani/pedi. It was horrendous- it was done while i was kying down getting my facial. The staff burnt my finger in boiling hot water and the nail polish was not that expensive and took over 3 hrs to dry, so as a result, it was splotchy and all chipped straight away. So disappointed, waste of my time and money!

Seriously don't think you could experience anything worse! Dont be fouled by the location! We walked into the shop which wasn't a picture of cleanliness. I could almost put money on it to say that the staff were not trained professionals! Their techniques were terribly lacking. There was nothing relaxing about the experience as the whole time it was sales push after sales push of not just skin care products but health products too. I wouldn't have minded discussion of additional buys if they had completed a wonderful service but they didnt even come close. I felt that they had a could not care attitude about the pampering they were meant to be providing. Very disappointing experience and one that I would never go back for again.
