A very good and honest AC company that charges very reasonably. Had a ducted AC fault and they were the only one who could come out during the week while others had a 2 week wait. After changing faulty control tablet, AC tripped safety switch that turned off some lights and the zone control unit in the roof. Got electrician to have a look and he recommended ducted AC specialist and to tell them the roof zone control unit or transformer could be faulty and tripping the circuit with the lights. Got Air Conditioning Wizards to come out a 2nd time with ordered zone control unit part and an electrician to fix issue. The AC Wizard electrician found issues with the electrical wiring and fixed the wiring and separated the zone control unit from the lights and issue was resolved without replacing the roof zone control unit. I was charged much less just for fixing the electrical wiring issue and not charged anything like re-stocking fee for ordering part that was not used. I had previously called and checked with other AC companies and Air Conditioning Wizards charges were the lowest and they did not replace a “suspected” faulty part when they didn’t need to while other companies quoted me much higher charges to replace the roof zone control unit. Happy first time customer and would definitely recommend them to others as they are responsive, very competitive pricing and honest by not replacing expensive parts that don’t need replacing.
