I don't recommend getting anything here staff aways play dumb, not very helpful, even after buying air conditioner, then telling me that the item I bought doesn't exist, one year later after it brokedown and on the most recent visit, to get some bonair portable air cooler replacement filters, a very common product, plays dumb again, even after showing several pictures. Of the item, Yet millions of these things sold worldwide, just for one straw filters, making me buy a pack of four at 75 dollars, that didn't fit, I never go back.

We walked into the warehouse and started to have a look around, but it was not until we approached the counter did any one seem interested in talking to us. On supplying the basic details
regarding the air conditioner we were looking for he pointed to a position near the top of a rack and told us the price was about $800. He did not seem very motivated or really interested so we thanked him, told him we would look further and left.

got both ducted airconditioner and ducted heating from these guys. very very cheap that was the best thing but lacked a bit of knowledge in the haeater we got. had trouble getting the flu kit but i think that was more the manufactuers fault
