I came here because it had 3 good reviews, but this was the worst haircut ever! I should have known it would be bad as I watched her cut the guy's hair before and she left patches at the back of his head! Anyway, I asked for a trim, keep the style and she asked me if I wanted to thin it so I said only a LITTLE. She thinned it so much that I had to stop her and she explained that she only thinned it at the end. Yes, that's right, the result is that I have my normal hair at the top and extremely ratty ends...congrats I have a mullet!!! All in all, she rushed and hacked away for about 20 minutes only, didn't comb to see if it was even and was a total rip off for that service. I will never go back there again.

I've been there twice (and will continue to do so). This is a busy family-run business which is professional and friendly. The hairdresser is Mandy, who is fluent in English and Cantonese. I've found her to be attentive and professional- even under pressure. Assistant staff are less fluent in English. Best to make an appointment, rather than walk-in: it's the polite thing to do, and prevents you having to be turned away on a busy day. Mandy also is trained in make-up application. Location is very convenient- right near Parramatta train station. Prices are very reasonable, and no pressure to buy products. One down-side is that when it gets busy, there may be a bit of a wait (during the appointment). That's why I always schedule for extra time for my appointment, and avoid busy periods. :) Thanks Mandy!

Can deliver the hair style / hair care that you needed especially for Asian hair. The main hairdresser is well qualified and efficient. Very busy salon though sometimes still a bit of wait even though we had booking. Very reasonable pricing and they are honest about the hair care product / treatment you need. Not feeling the pressured of being up-sold.

Great Asian hairdressers and decently priced, especially good for asian hairstyles. Communication with the hairdressers is relatively poor unless you can speak a dialect of Chinese such as Cantonese, but with hairdressers there isnt that much to talk about. Great selection of magazines to choose your hairstyles, and products to suit that are well priced.
