This may be a great business to approach about herbal and other alternative therapies, except for massage. I had the worst massage ever and I'm not even sure if the staff was a qualified massage therapist. For a start, my appointment began at least 20 min's late, the massage didn't flow at all and was quite uncomfortable as this person was kind of pushing and pulling but not really kneading my muscles.This person's nails weren't trimmed and were scratching my skin and the massage wasn't really finished off but just stopped and I was told that "time's up, I can give you a bit of a discount since it started late". Now, I understand that everyon has "off" days or makes mistakes but it's the way you handle the situation afterwards. The worst thing was that when I asked to negotiate on the price and let them know I wasn't really happy with the massage they were not interested in finding out why at all but simply got grumpy and after I had paid, they left the counter. Not proffessional service at all. The advice I received about herbs for a stomach condition was good but I certainly paid a princley price for it as I wouldn't have paid for the massage at all.
