My acquaintances have had a dreadful time. Filling fell out and and others experienced pain during treatment. People are fearful of complaining as they cannot afford to go to dentists that they have to pay larger amounts. I went about 14 years ago and my tooth on the outside was coated with filling material....never went back.

I have had to visit here a bit this year to get some test done. I have found it to be very busy at different times of the day and when going for appointments I have had waits up to 3 hours long. But on other occasions I have been seen to right on time. The staff are very helpful.

Albany hospital is large enough to have all the best equipment, and small enough to give personal service. You don't feel 'like just a number' there. the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are a number of doctors on call
