This week we’ve dined at 3 restaurants in the lead up to Christmas, The Albion being the third. The first 2 restaurants were a disappointment but The Albion, once again, exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, the staff were attentive but not at all intrusive, the ambiance was fantastic and the price point of our meal was excellent. The best dining experience of the week, at the best price. We’ll definitely be back… with friends and family
Approximate cost: $80
My friend and I stopped here for a bite recently. Disappointed with the food. My schnitzel was dry and quite bland. The parmy topping tasted like a can of tomatoes with some cubed ham. The salad bar looked interested but looks can be deceiving. Many pubs seem to cater for seniors which often means the food is uninteresting and devoid of any real flavour.
Meals here are in simple words JUST GREAT. The Staff and Management are Very friendly of Carly and willing to help. Ample Car parking at the rear. Bottle shop has just about every drink you could think Off.
Approximate cost: $20.00
The environment is very pleasant with a 70's style decor. The food is good and they have a salad bar including hot vegetables (you don't see this that often anymore). The staff are very friendly and are happy to take drink orders at the table (again not often seen anymore). They need to change their ice supplier though - makes your drink taste like mud.
