After being impressed with there showroom, we had them come to do a measure and quote for a kitchen. They said they would send it to us in a week. After 2 weeks we contacted them to inquire. They gave a reasonable explanation for the delay and they promised to follow it up. A week later we rang again and they offered to send someone else out for a new quote. We said we would look for another company.
