Best telco in oz

I have been with Aldi Mobile and have had the best service compared to 3 other Telco's. The service is outstanding, and the price is really great including the good options they have. I highly recommend Aldi Mobile, including putting my extended family on Aldi Mobile.

I'm really happy so far
Amaysim cancelled my account with them because they said I sent too many texts on my infinite plan. Well I send even more with these guys over ten thousand texts a month and even though I'm sure they at a loss with me they haven't kicked me off. I have gotten mum to change over to Aldi mobile too

I very recently changed my mobile provider to Aldi mobile.
Had no problems connecting through and the customer service department was really helpful with my enquiries.

They helped me every step of the way through my joining.

I also get voicemail with aldi mobile, which I was not able to get with my previous providers, to which I never got a explanation as to why my voice message wasn't working? Still a mystery to us.

I recharge on the infinite bolt on and it lasts me for a month, and I can call and text heaps.

It's great value for me as I love texting my family and friends.

I haven't experienced any slow connections, no call drop outs or static, service is great.

Very happy and it works for me , I also got one for my mums mobile, and she's happy too.

I didn't even know aldi had a mobile service

Having been told how good Aldi mobile was, I bought on line a sim card which promised it had coverage in WA. After filling in very intrusive details and paying by credit card nothing happened despite a 7 day turnaround promise. Four weeks later I phoned and was told more ID was needed. I managed to scan several personal documents and sent them off. Three weeks later I phoned again (the wait time was 45 minutes each time I phoned) and the call centre asked me after hearing me out, if I still wanted the sim card!!! I insisted I had a refund and was told this would be done- nothing as yet. The company offered no explanation, did not respond to emails containing sensitive and personal information. This company should be avoided at all cost. There are other better sim card providers who have a base in Oz. This is a German supermarket chain who seem to think they know how to run a phone company- stick to the baked beans is my advice.

My daughter got an ALDI SIM for her new Iphone. It took ten days to get it activated (long story). An even longer story=On Friday 12th.July she was disconnected as she'd downloaded something she shouldn't. Still don't understand what or why. Despite 'phone calls to ALDI they were definitely not going to reconnect. My fourteen year old daughter took an aweroplane on her own from Queensland got lost in the train system but fortunately came home safely. Nearly two weeks later we are still not connected and ALDI won't speak to us. ZERO for ALDI but 10/10 for AMAYSIN who have taken over. ALDI have no idea of DUTY OF CARE or customer service. They should be out of business. I am NOT referring to ALDI supermarkets whose staff are fabulous.

I didn't even know Aldi had sims. Definitely not going near them.
