I've had Santos as my instructor. He is patient and kind enough to repeat on correcting my mistakes. He'd use terms same as the day of the drive test itself, making it easier to pass on the day.

I had a very bad experience with this school.
I would say bad instructor performance, and no responsibility for school to their client.

The instructor car was not meet a pre-test due to the car failure so I didn't do the test.
My instructor "Paul" offer me to pay a rescheduled fee, 1 hour lesson  and test. The earliest test date was 2 months after my first test date so I had to wait for 2 months.
I had to took a day off work to go to the test. I reminded him before the test for a week and messaged him a few day before my test date, he did not reply until 1 day before the test date.  He sent me a message said he was not able to take me to the test and told me to find another instructor instead.

I CONTACTED ALEX SCHOOL, BUT THEY COULDN'T FIND ANOTHER INSTRUCTOR SO THEY OFFER ME A REFUND FOR TEST $140.

I already took a day off work, they cancelled me only 1 day notice.
If I had rescheduled my test , I would have took another day off work.
So I decided to go to the test centre and find another school which operated in the area and was extremely fortunate to find someone who was able to attend my test on the following afternoon. However due to the short notice he charged me $250 for 1 hour lesson  plus test(same amount of time with Paul promised me).

The school couldn't help me anything only said "they will find another instructor, then said" they couldn't find any instructor in the short notice"

I would like to know ALL OF YOU who decide to choose this school should change your mind. It is a instructor and driving school responsibility to attend on my test date.

1st test, I may understand to reschedule because car was not meet pre-test. But that mean I had to spent another day which I had to take day off from work.
2nd test, noticed me one day before my test to find another instructor.

Do YOU  Think, both instructor and driving school should have to have responsibility to the clients right?

I passed my driving test first try thanks to Dennis. He made me feel confident and comfortable. He guided me through road rules as-well as assisting me with my driving skills. I would 100% recommend him as he is super friendly, funny and patient.

Good I loved it so it was not too controversial

I was a client at Alex Driving school in 2019. I was sexually harassed as was my sister, both received incredibly inappropriate sexual comments across my entire experience. Have never been so uncomfortable in my life and still sticks to me to this day.

Vinnie was amazing in helping me to prepare for my driving test. I really appreciate his patience and ease and it was very reassuring to have him next to the driver's seat. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor for my brother when he starts driving in the near future.

My driving instructor was Tony. I had an hour lesson right before my test and my driving improved monumentally due to his guidance and tips. Couldn't have asked for anything more and thankfully I passed my test!

I have had many instructors but Dennis was definitely the best one I have had. His road knowledge was exemplary and he was able to correct and encourage me gently in a way that helped me become a safer driver.

My instructor from Alex driving school was Lawrence Wong. I cannot tell enough of him for his friendly guidelines and training. My driving test was a cake walk and he helped me to build my confidence slowly and consistently. I would highly recommend Alex driving school.

Andy Thompson is an awesome driving instructor who teaches you all the basics of driving as to what you are going to expect in a real test.I passed in the first attempt for my overseas license conversion.I highly recommend him to anyone.
