I preface this comment by stating I am an ex-sourdough baker (Frank's) from 35 years ago. Tasting the 900g (2lb, and quite substantial by todays standard) Sour Dough Rye Loaf recently, I was taken back to when I last tried it - probably 20 years ago! And guess what? It is still magnificent! Accolades to the business for their longevity and the team for STILL producing absolutely 1st class bread. Well done.
