I requested AlfaTek to supply me with a desktop PC capable of going online and able to support 10+ year old software. They promised me the Dell Pentium 4 that they supplied me with would do the job easily. When it immediately would not support the software they informed me they could repair it for a further 50% increase to original costs. When i attempted to return the PC after 3 weeks of chasing them, they would not refund my money.
