Excellent service and able to solve long standing electical problems that three other electricians had not been able to do. Skilled tradesmen and very high level of service.
Had them out to repair the fan in the oven, they sent two guys, which we did not request, when I arrived home they had a flat tyre on their truck and I took note of the time, the surprise to us was when the invoice arrived we had been charged for the time it took them to change the tyre on their truck! And for two men (they chose to send two it was not a two man job)When I queried this with management they told me they had been in business for 15 years and was to be trusted, yet I had taken note of the time they were changing the tyre on my driveway and requested we be credited the extra they had charged, after two weeks of being told he was in a meeting I finally got $20 back I wish this was the hourly rate! Recently we had another reputable electrician to our home and he showed us the rough work they had left behind, even he was disgusted. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company we thought we were doing the right thing by using a local business - how wrong we were!
