Front desk reception lady Anne very rude every single time I call. Doctors are great.

Ladies at the desk are always very friendly and welcoming... the wait times also are pretty accurate.

fantastic doctors and nurses. always so friendly. my son loves going there as he gets jelly beans haha. sometimes its a little hard to get in. overall just a lovely friendly place.

This is a fantastic doctors surgery that bulk bills with great doctors, they even take into account weather you have children that need care and if so they put you to the front of the line and they always diagnose to the tee and prescribe the correct antibiotics.

The doctors here are wonderful, helpful, caring, friendly, efficient and consistent and able to provide ongoing care. Dr Covan Ho is a fantastic doctor and treats the whole patient and provides holistic medical care and treatment. After searching around for months for a good family doctor during our pregnancy, we found and decided upon Dr Ho. He is our family doctor and would highly recommend him and the other doctors at his surgery. the nurses are wonderful and helpful and the waiting area is spacious and waiting times are usually very good and within 15 minutes of the scheduled time of appointment. They also have a skin clinic, womans doctor, mental health expertise and a baby nurse.
