I booked an appointment a week ago to get my whole hair dyed back blonde. Alice and Mays said I could be there at 6-6:30 tonight and as I arrive at 6:15 they say "Sorry, we can't do a full head recolour with only one staff member", but they booked another appointment at 6:30 and they refused to do my hair. I do not recommend this hair dressers.
Love it here!! My hair is always exactly how I want it!! Excellent service! The girls are amazing here, you won't find better staff anywhere else!! Excellent prices, and my hair always smells and feels amazing when I leave. Never had a problem, they bend over backwards to fit my appointments in and to cater for me. Favourite part would have to be the little treats of marshmallows with hot chocolates and the chai lattes are to die for! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
