My appointment time was changed the day before and I was notified of this by text with no explanation or apology. I replied to clarify the timings and explain my disappointment with the change. I then received an angry telephone call about the 'attitude' in my texts. I didn't realise "that's a huge shame" and asking for an earlier time slot was so offensive!
