Rude, discourteous approach of the beautician. She thinks she knows everything. Lack customer service. I visited first time, glad I did not use my Groupon voucher. If their attitude and approach is so horrendous, can imagine their heartless services. Would never visit nor would recommend anyone to use their services.

This is a terrible and unprofessional salon. Not only did they completely ruin my hair in terms of the colour, but my once extremely long hair is now mid-length - but as the cut was disgusting and choppy, I will have no alternative than to have it re-cut immediately by someone capable of using scissors with a little more talent than your average five year old. I imagine it will become significantly shorter in order to remedy this disaster. DO NOT PLACE YOUR HAIR IN THEM!!!!!

Got a hot stone massage through Groupon. Massage was mediocre at best and other staff spent my whole session gossiping in the room next door, which I could hear through the paper thin walls. Unprofessional.

Very disappointed. The '90 minute pamper package' was all over in 45 minutes. The 30 minute massage was nice but it went seriously down hill from there. They won't get repeat business from people if they can't even deliver minimum service levels.

Really disappointing service from the management - dreadful massage (they either is poorly skilled or couldn't be bothered) and seemed to be focused on 'money in the till' rather than quality products or customer service. A real shame as the other staff seemed much more professional and friendly. Wont be going back - other salons have better service, professional management and high quality products for the same price - one visit was one too many for us.
