We wanted to pull up the grotty carpets in the home we purchased recently. After considering new carpet or tiles, wood or vinyl we decided to match the existing vinyl plank already laid. The colour was discontinued (what we wanted to match had been laid about 5 years ago), but the fantastic staff managed to locate stock for our needs. This purchase was efficiently processed, our installation was easy to arrange and before we knew it our new floors were installed. Even the installer was polite and professional. We love our floors and would not hesitate in recommending the team to anyone.

Be wary of purchasing flooring from this company!! I bought $3000 worth of carpet recently from All Floors and selected a beige colour carpet. The sample I selected was placed next to the sales desk and I took a photo of it for my records and asked the salesperson to write the colour on a business card. 1 week later the carpet was installed in our rental property and when we went to see it found it was the wrong colour. It was a dark chocolate colour but he had written that colour on the invoice and also on my card for whatever reason, despite it being very clear what carpet I had selected. They REFUSE to replace the carpet or even offer a partial refund, or discount... NOTHING!!! They claim they installed the colour as per the invoice even though they admitted it wasn't the colour I chose. I would never EVER deal with this company again, please be aware!!!
