I Booked Paul approximately 2 years ago for a Rinnai Gas Heater Maintenance, Thoroughly happy with his services and pricing at that point. Unfortunately we've been left disappointed upon trying to book him again.
I rang Paul today to inquire about availability for another Heater Maintenance Service, he gave me some pricing and said Thursday Morning, today is Monday, I mentioned that I thought the pricing was a little cheaper last time around and said I would get back to him of which it appeared the phone call then ended abruptly.
After a short contemplation, and the benefit of the doubt, I rang back to make the Booking, Paul answers and says 'I spoke to you earlier', says he's 'now booked solid' and hangs up the phone abruptly again ! before I got a chance to make the booking or get another word in.....ahh no champ, wrong move because that just comes across as Extremely Arrogant, Rude and unprofessional. Similar bad reviews for the same issues can be seen at All Gas Service & Repairs, the same business.
We decided to run with Darren from DJ Appliances who was most accommodating, professional and polite instead and would highly recommend Darren now based on my negative experience.

Approximate cost: $150
