Jess and the team do a FANTASTIC job!! My two pups are always so comfortable with them and they have a fun time mingling with the other pets.

This was possibly the worst experience my pet has ever had. I booked him in for a 10am appointment and he wasn't attended to until 4pm. He spent the interim in his small travel cage, in a crowded room of other animals. When I picked him up he was distressed, shaking and upset. Upon pointing this out to the management, I was advised that it was not their fault that they were running 6 hours behind. I am absolutely disgusted at the attitude of these people and the disarray in which they conduct their business. I would not recommend them to groom anything more than a barbie doll.

Jess is amazing with dogs and cats i trust her completly with my cat and she always comes back so beautiful with her lion clip :-) she is a natural dog whisperer!
