My Kelpie dug under the fence at dusk and escaped from my house in mitcham, in a matter of 20 minutes the council collected her and took her to this business. I tracked down her where abouts and was provided the name of this kennel/boarding house. I phoned the management staff who was so rude, and the dog was still en-route. They advised I could not collect her till the next day regardless if I was ready to collect her then and there (as I had a funeral the next morning). I waited till morning, drove up there as it opened and asked the management staff about the out of hours fee advertised at the front. They advised it sounded as though I didnt have money so they didnt tell me about it over the phone even when I pleaded to collect her that night. Catch being, they get to charge you a full night If they keep your animal. The management staff was so rude and abrupt, wanted the cash before I verified it was my pet. No beds, concrete floors, hardly any water. If you love your pet, Never use this service.
