i purchased aphone here and when i got it home it would not work so i took it back the next day only to be told a week later that it had water through it

At least when you go to this store you are not left standing for a long time. Staff are friendly and generally knowledgable. Product and pricings are pretty much the same as other stores in the complex but the service is the seller. There are often good deals though and staff are pleasant with troubleshooting and warranty issues.
