As any other phone company. Good customer service though and eager to help. Will go there again for phone advice when needed.

I have purchased a few phones from this store and the transactions have been easy. I have had no problems and find the staff are really friendly.

I went to several phone stores with a list of questions almost a page long when I got my iphone. Most people just fobbed me off and didn't even bother answering most of them. When I went to Allphones I expected much of the same but the clerk actually sat down with me and went through my questions one by one until I was finished, he didn't pressure me at all and was very knowledgeable. I went and had lunch to think things over and came back to buy it after. He was still just as friendly and helpful. Everything was sorted very quickly and I had my new phone before I knew it. 6 months later we went back to get my partner's phone from there and we got the same great service. The clerk even remembered us from last time. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else for phones.
